Basecoat for crackle lacquerapplications on wood, paper, cardboard, glass, metal, etc. Apply repeatedly to absorbent surfaces. The last coating may only be slightly dry on the surface when you apply the crackle medium (60 min - 2 hours). Short drying periods produce a few large cracks.

For applying gold leaf. Brush on goldleaf primer to dry, grease-free surface. After 10 minutes carefully apply the metal leaf pieces and smoothen towards the outside using a soft brush. Surfaces coated with Mixtion are ready for further work within around 3 hours.
